Description
This alignment-based class welcomes participants of all levels. Through mindful coordination of physical movements and the breath, you will create harmony and balance in your body, mind, and spirit. Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike will build strength, courage, and flexibility each time you come to your yoga mat.
